The Founder

Brian Anders is an entrepreneur, founder and lifelong student of enduring craftsmanship.

After spending more than two decades building, growing and ultimately transitioning a middle-market enterprise, Brian founded Anders360 to explore a simple but important question:


What enables enterprises, communities and the people who lead them to endure?

His work is grounded in the belief that the strongest organizations are thoughtfully built, patiently maintained and responsibly stewarded over time.
